  1. Entrants to the Promotion are bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promoter is RentGuarantor Limited. Any correspondence regarding this competition should be forwarded in writing to the Social Media Team.
  3. The Promotion is open to those aged 18 and over. It excludes employees of the Promoter and anyone professionally connected to the competition.
  4. Timings: The Promotion starts at 6pm GMT on Friday 11th December 2020 and finishes at 11:59pm GMT on Thursday 14th January 2021. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition end date or withdraw the Promotion at any time.
  5. How to enter: To enter, you must have access to the internet and;
    • Have a valid email address or UK mobile phone number 
    • Have liked the RentGuarantor facebook page, shared the relevant giveaway competition facebook post, and tagged two friends in the comments section of the specific giveaway competition facebook post.
    • Only one entry per user. If it becomes apparent that you are attempting to circumvent this condition by any means your entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
    • No purchase necessary. 
  6. Prize: One winner will receive one £500 Amazon e-gift card. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. No cash alternative.
  7. Selecting the winner & delivery: One winner will be selected at random from the entries received within the competition period, via Comment Picker (commentpicker.com)
  8. The winner will be notified within 72 hours of the closing date via an announcement on our facebook page and a facebook direct message to the winner’s facebook account. The winner must then provide the requested details within 5 working days and the Prize will be sent within 10 working days of receipt.
  9. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all Promotion matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive or to contravene the spirit of the Competition.
  11. By entering this promotion you hereby assign to the Promoter, and waive your moral rights in, the complete copyright and all other intellectual property rights whatsoever in your entry and in any promotional and advertising material and similar which arises out of or is in connection with this promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from any entrant’s participation in the prize draw or from any prize.

  14. RentGuarantor accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the prize. 
  15. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Prize Draw and it is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to their name and country of residence being made publicly available if they win.
  16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Rent Guarantor reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
