Applying for a UK Rent Guarantor is easy as 1-2-3

Our rent guarantor service has been developed with your needs in mind

We’ll ask you for some basic information to get started and provide a quote for you.

2. Continue

Once you’re happy with the quote, We’ll ask for your contact information. You’ll then be directed to go through a credit reference check.

3. Submit application

After applying for your credit reference through Keysafe, Log in to your RentGuarantor Dashboard. Submit the application to us after adding any other info the team might need.

4. Sign and Pay

Once you have submitted the application, We’ll ask all parties involved to sign the contract. After this has been finalised you can pay in full, or subject to eligibility, in instalments via Payl8r.

When to pay for your RentGuarantor service

Once you’ve found a property and the contract has been signed by all parties, you’ll then be asked for full payment.
For eligible customers you can pay in instalments.
