RGL has purchased a Contractual Liability (Re)Insurance Policy(CLIP) from Lloyd’s of London in respect of its Rental Arrears pledge in each Rent Guarantor Agreement. The CLIP indemnifies RGL for qualifying rental shortfalls that RGL becomes legally liable to pay under its Rent Guarantor Agreement (Landlord).
